hei borna!! i just saw the article written about me in haugesund-avis, as well as your blog. i'm very excited for all the publicity in norway, however one thing upsets me: you say that i went to university, only to throw it all away to pose nude for playboy? i'd like to clear this up, because a statement like that only perpetuates the stereotype ...
Read Morethat women cannot be both beautiful AND intelligent. yes, i have a university education, and in fact i also plan on going to law school, but what is to stop me from having some fun in my 20s and living my life to the fullest while i'm in my prime? i AM a smart woman, and my decision to pose for playboy was thoroughly considered and i am completely confident in my choice.
asides from that, much love to you and the rest of norway..... i am currently writing you from los angeles, california where i just had an official test shoot for playmate at playboy studios in santa monica :) i'll be keeping you updated!!

My answer: Hi "Kiki" :-) I think you might have misunderstood me a bit here... I definately KNOW you're a smart girl. Your Mom and Dad and Grandparents all are smart people and have lots of education too and you have inheritated the qualities of them all. That's why I was a bit confused that a smart girl like you chose to pose for Playboy. It's the most respected magazine of them all , I know, but I was afraid that when you open a lot of new doors and opportunities on this path you also close other doors at the same time. I really hope you'll be spared for a lot of prejudism when you start studying at lawschool :-) Anyway you know I wish you the best in whatever you choose to do in life.
It's a pitty you couldn't come to Trysil at Per Håkons fantastic new cabin to celebrate X-mas with us and your Dad this year. Hopefully you'll do so next year. Rembember a few years ago when I taught you how to drive a car with manual shift..? Well... now it's time I teach you how to ride my Yamaha R1 motorcycle with manual shift too hehe... So you better drag you ass over here next summer :-)

Hun har fått en del oppmerksomhet her i Norge også rundt forsidebildene i Playboy siden hun er de 4de norske kvinnen som har prydet forsiden av et Playboy magasin noengang.
Hun forteller med dette til oss i Norge om hvorfor hun stilte opp og litt om fordommer rundt dette.
